Refund and Returns Policy

At Real Ganga, we are committed to providing high-quality water filtration products designed to support healthier living. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition as when received
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Used filters or cartridges
• Products damaged due to improper use or installation
• Custom or special-order items

Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team at realganga@realganga.org or call +1 (908) 966-2993 to request a return authorization.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
3. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Exchanges
Need a different product? Reach out to us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll help arrange an exchange.
